Client objective

Impackt is an mobile app focused on reducing plastic waste. They were struggling with growing their amount of users. This is a crucial component of their business to attract more partnerships and satisfy current partners. The partners are the segment that makes Impackt money on a monthly basis.

Methodology

Before starting this project, we used our Growth Dashboard to find new possible tractions channels for Impackt. One of the main channels from our dashboard was organic Instagram content, organic TikTok content, and paid TikTok advertising.

We started producing organic social content for their social media channels and created advertisements on TikTok. We found a great traction channel, paid traffic via TikTok advertising within the first two weeks. We organized a content shoot with creators to create organic and advertising content for Impackt. We started running ads in regions from connected partners. About every two weeks, there would be a new deal within a different area of connected stores.

Results

Through TikTok advertising we were able to realise a growth of 53,7% within 30 days of launching are campaign.
