RKZ real estate brokers ran into a common problem for realtors. They were spending a lot of time on scheduling viewings with potential clients. Normally they email/text eachother to find a date and time that works for both. Their objective is to eliminate the hours they spend of finding the right time and date for the viewings. The second problem they wanted to solve are the amount of no-shows for the viewings. The last challenge to overcome was about losing potential clients who attended a viewing, but didn’t like that specific property. They often disappear after having that viewing with being retargeted for other properties from the same broker.

Client Objective
RKZ real estate brokers was running into a common problem for realtors. They were spending a lot of time on scheduling viewings with potential clients. Normally they email/text eachother to find a date and time that works for both. Their objective is to eliminate the hours they spend of finding the right time and date for the viewings.
The second problem they wanted to solve are the amount of no-shows for the viewings.
The last challenge to overcome was about losing potential clients who attended a viewing, but didn’t like that specific property. They often disappear after having that viewing with being retargeted for other properties from the same broker.
Our Strategy
Well, very simple, we used the wonderful software: www.calendly.com to create a custom page for RKZ including email and SMS reminders to reduce no-shows and increase the probability to find a matching property for the client via RKZ.
Our Work
We created a custom domain Calendly page for every broker connected to their calendar. This way potential clients could schedule viewings only at times when the real estate broker is available to do viewings.
We set reminders with custom messages and emails to remind the potential clients they have a viewing. This results in less no-shows.
All the people who had a viewing will also receive a message and email afterwards to fill in a short form about the property. This form includes questions which will make sure the broker can find more matching properties for this specific client.
As last but not least, the people who have a viewing will automatically be added to a Mailchimp segment (with permission of course, we work GDRP proof 😉).
Results
